මෙම අමාත්‍යාංශයෙහි පුරප්පාඩුව පවතින පහත සඳහන් තනතුරු සඳහා බඳවා ගැනීම පිණිස ඉල්ලුම්පත්‍ර කැඳවනු ලැබේ.
එක් එක් තනතුරු සඳහා පහත ආකෘතිය අනුව පිලියෙල කරගත් අයඳුම්පතක් මඟින් සුදුසුකම් හා පළපුරුද්ද සනාථ කෙරෙන සහතික සමඟ පහත සඳහන් ලිපිනය වෙත 2022.07.19 දිනට පෙර ලැබීමට සැලැස්විය යුතුය.

4. නිශ්චල ඡායාරූප ශිල්පී හා වීඩියෝ කැමරා ක්‍රියාකරු තනතුර සඳහා බඳවා ගැනීමේ සුදුසුකම්:
4.1 අධ්‍යාපන සුදුසුකම් :අ.පො.ස. (සා.පෙළ.) විභාගයේදී ගණිතය සහ සිංහල/ දෙමළ/ ඉංග්‍රීසී භාෂාව ඇතුළුව අවම වශයෙන් විෂයයන් 04 කට සම්මාන සහිතව එක් වරකදී විෂයන් 06 කින් සමත්ව තිබීම.
4.2 වෘත්තීය සුදුසුකම් :ඡායාරූපකරණය පිළබඳව ජාතික වෘත්තීය සුදුසකම් (NVQ) මට්ටම 5ට නොඅඩු පාඨමාලාවක් හදාරා සහතික ලබා තිබීම.
4.3 පළපුරුද්ද :ඡායාරූපකරණය පිළබඳව අවුරුදු 03 කට නොඅඩු පළපුරුද්දක් ලබා තිබිය යුතුය.
4.4 කායික සුදුසුකම් : සෑම අපේක්ෂකයෙකුම ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ඕනෑම ප්‍රදේශයක සේවය කිරීමටත් ප්‍රමාණවත් ශාරීරික හා මානසික යෝග්‍යතාවයෙන් යුක්ත විය යුතුය.
4.5 වෙනත් සුදුසකම් : 1. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ පුරවැසියෙකු විය යුතුය.
2. අයඳුම්කරුවන් විශිෂ්ඨ චරිතයකින් යුක්ත විය යුතුය.
3. තනතුරට බඳවා ගැනීම සඳහා අවශ්‍ය සුදුසුකම් සම්පූර්ණ කලයුතු බවට අයඳුම්පත් කැඳවීමේ නිවේදනයේ සඳහන් වන දිනට, එම සුදුසුකම් සෑම ආකාරයකින්ම සම්පූර්ණ කර තිබිය යුතුය.
5. වීඩියෝ කැමරා ක්‍රියාකරු සහයකතනතුර සඳහා බඳවා ගැනීමේ සුදුසුකම්:
5.1 අධ්‍යාපන සුදුසුකම් :අ.පො.ස. (සා.පෙළ.) විභාගයේදී දෙවරකට නොවැඩි වාර ගණනකදී යටත් පිරිසෙයින් සම්මාන 02 ක් සහිත විෂයන් 06 ක් සමත් වී තිබීම.
5.2 වෘත්තීය සුදුසුකම් :අදාළ නොවේ.
5.3 පළපුරුද්ද :අදාළ නොවේ.
5.4 කායික සුදුසුකම් : සෑම අපේක්ෂකයෙකුම ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ඕනෑම ප්‍රදේශයක සේවය කිරීමටත් ප්‍රමාණවත් ශාරීරික හා මානසික යෝග්‍යතාවයෙන් යුක්ත විය යුතුය.
5.5 වෙනත් සුදුසකම් : 1. අයඳුම්කරුවන් විශිෂ්ඨ චරිතයකින් යුක්ත විය යුතුය.
2. තනතුරට බඳවා ගැනීම සඳහා අවශ්‍ය සියලුම සුදුසුකම් සම්පූර්ණ කලයුතු බවට අයඳුම්පත් කැඳවීමේ නිවේදනයේ/
ගැසට් පත්‍රයේ සඳහන් වන දිනට, එම සුදුසුකම් සෑම ආකාරයකින්ම සම්පූර්ණ කර තිබිය යුතුය.
3. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ පුරවැසියෙකු විය යුතුය.
6.වයස : අවුරුදු 18ට නොඅඩු හා 45 ට නොවැඩි විය යුතුය.
7.බඳවා ගැනීමේ ක්‍රමය :
7.1නිශ්චල ඡායාරූප ශිල්පී හා වීඩියෝ කැමරා ක්‍රියාකරු :ප්‍රායෝගික පරීක්ෂණයක් හා ව්‍යුහගත පරීක්ණයක් මඟින් අයඳුම්කරු බඳවා ගනු ලැබේ.

The Ministry wishes to invite applications from qualified and devoted Sri Lankan Citizens to recruit Project Management Staff on a “contract basis” for the following positions as per Management Service Department (MSD) Circular 01/2019 for the World Bank funded Ecosystem Conservation and Management Project (ESCAMP) which is implemented about 1 years.
Applicants should below 67 years. Proficiency in English, familiarity with government regulations and computer literacy are essential prerequisites.
*Cost of living allowance will be paid in addition to the salary specified above as per MSD Circular No. 01/2019.

A successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field, which is recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC) or a qualification recognized by the UGC as an equivalent qualification to the degree in the relevant field or a professional qualification successfully completed from recognized professional institute in the relevant field and at least 08 years post qualifying experience in Managerial Level
or
A Bachelor’s Degree which is recognized by the UGC and a Postgraduate Degree in relevant field / full membership of a recognized professional institution in the relevant field with at least 07 years post qualifying experience in Managerial Level
or
Class I officer of a Government All Island services or a similar status in the relevant field with at least 02 years experience in the Class I post.

Having obtain a certificate of proficiency not below than the NVQ Level 6, issued by a Technical or Vocational Training Institute accepted by Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission for a post related to Technical field with at least 06 years of experience in the relevant area of specialization
or
Having obtain a certificate of proficiency not below than the NVQ Level 5, issued by a Technical / Vocational Training Institute accepted by Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission for a post related to Technical field with at least 11 years of experience in the relevant area of specialization.
